Cooking School

Students of Prejean’s Cajun Cooking School learn to prepare three traditional Cajun dishes. In addition to the instructions, students receive the written recipes, a certificate of completion and of course, a delicious meal of the dishes they were taught to prepare.

One of Prejean’s Award-Winning Chefs instructs the class according to traditional and expert methods.

The Cajun Cooking School is available for groups of 20-60 people with a cost of $25 per person. Classes last around two hours.They will be held July 14th & September 15th, both at 11:00 am.
