Meeting & Banquet Rooms

Prejean’s provides Private Meeting and Banquet space for any-sized group. Below are the options and terms of our available rooms. Click here to download a Reservation Policy.

Bordeaux Room (seats up to 45 guests)
– Private Meeting Room

Sunday – Thursday no reservations no later than 6:30 p.m. (restaurant closes at 9:30). Friday & Saturday no reservations later than 7:30 p.m. (restaurant closes at 10:30), if your reservation is later you will not have your full 3 hours.

A minimum of 15 dining guests is required before 3:00 PM. A minimum of $750 guest check is required after 3:00 PM. (30 ppl with $25.50 group menu) with the difference to be added to the final guest check.

Cancellations must be made no later than 48 hours before the reservation date. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours prior to the reservation date, a $100 cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on the policy form.

Podium and/or projection screen are available upon request.

Cypress Room (seats up to 70 guests)
– Large Banquet Room

May be reserved anytime no later than 7:00 p.m. A minimum of 65 dining guests is required in order to keep the room private. If less than the required minimum of dining guests attends, a portion of the room may be reserved as “semi-private”, and will be opened up for additional seating as needed. The room may be reserved as private with a minimum guest check amount of $1650.00 (65 ppl with $25.50 group menu) with the difference to be added to final guest check.

Cancellations must be made no later than 48 hours before the reservation date. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours prior to the reservation date, a $350.00 cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on the policy form.
