We pride ourselves in making the best gumbo there is. Dark roux slowly simmered for hours with the holy trinity; onions, bell pepper, celery; medium gulf shrimp, Louisiana crawfish tails, & Louisiana blue crab fingers served with white rice, dinner roll, and garnished with green onions
