Crawfish Etouffee
Visiting from New England we came to try some authentic Cajun and Prejean's looked like the place. The Crawfish Etouffee exceeded my expectations. I've never had crawfish and it was so tender with a sweet taste. The cream sauce had a spicy kick that was delicious and unexpected. I wish we had a place like this back home. 10/10 !!
Smoked Duck & Tasso Gumbo
Nice dark roux with a slightly smokey flavor. Duck cooked to perfection.
Ju's BBQ Burger
I'm not a person who orders hamburgers at any restaurant, I prefer dishes I can't make at home, but this burger is so darn good I find myself ordering it once a week!

Eggplant Pirogue
The richness of the flavors in the eggplant pirogue delivers on every level. The combination of textures and harmonious blend of seafood and the fried eggplant is a satisfying flavor explosion. I appreciate how the eggplant is prepared differently from most restaurants, which often serve medallions. This version, with its hollowed-out, boat-like structure allows the seafood to be stuffed in nicely. Although I have tried and enjoyed many dishes at Prejean's, this is hard for me to pass up. Preferably one of everything on the menu would work. ?

Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms
This dish is life changing. The crab meat, panko crumbs, and seasonings make this my favorite food in any Cajun restaurant.

This has to be the greatest thing on the menu Love the catfish and all the toppings You will never go wrong with anything on the menu The gumbo is amazing
