Prejean's Seafood Platter
The platter was so big I had to take half of it home. Everything was prepared just right. Can't wait to go back.

Delish. Catfish was a tad too salty. Hushpuppies were scrumptious! Delicious Brussel Sprouts
Crawfish Etouffee
I'm addicted to Prejeans' crawfish etoufee. It's consistently incredibly flavorful and FULL of crawfish. Make sure to add fried crawfish tails (& tell them Nicole sent you :)
Caesar Salad
The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The fried fish, crawfish etouffee, salads, alligator appetizer, and shrimp po-boy was so delicious. This is the best Cajun food in South La.!!!
Seafood Gumbo
The seafood gumbo was beyond amazing, it really brought me back to my deep roots of my southern childhood culture. The roux was the right consistency, color and texture. The flavor was outstanding. The seafood gumbo was a bowl of a mother's hug all in one. A complete 10/10!
Crawfish Enchilada & Salad
My dish, the crawfish enchiladas, was divine! I also ordered fried green tomatoes and again they did not disappoint!! The only thing I was disappointed in was I ordered the three gumbo meal to take back home to KC with me and left it in Baldwin by mistake! I'm sure I would have enjoyed it also!!
Seafood Gumbo
This was by far the best gumbo I've ever had. I will be back anytime I am ever remotely close by. (I live in Indiana)
Crawfish Enchilada
I am sitting here while at work, reminiscing on the crawfish enchilada. OMG!!! IT WAS SOOOO GOOD, and filling too. Can't wait to go back and have it again and a cup of seafood gumbo. I do miss the bisque, but unfortunately, they no longer serve it.

Prejean's has the best seafood gumbo! Dark and rich with lots of shrimp and crabmeat. And crab fingers. When in doubt of what to choose from the menu, just choose any one of the gumbos, and you will not be disappointed.
